Background

The site of Unit 1 was formerly Housing and was once part of the former densely populated Blackscroft area of the city. The plan to develop 24 flats each Parking and allotments (tbcf) involves collaboration with DCC to purchase the area of land adjacent to the right, which has been vacant and unused for circa 50 years. Further given the Eden Project will be 100M further along Foundry Lane the development of Allotments where there is currently non remediated land surely in sync with environmental and societal policies, objectives, and aspirations.
