Blackscroft's current property projects:

57 Blackscroft/26 Foundry Lane

Circa 4000 sq. ft. overall, this property is presently sub divided into two separate offices suites of circa 2000 sq.ft. The option is available for a single user if required. It offers 16 city centre car parking spaces and is adjacent to Dundee’s East End Regeneration activity with easy access to the city’s arterial network. It is therefore well placed to be an important part of the city’s East Waterfront area revival.

An application for Change of Use for the 57 Blackscroft Ground Floor is currently at pre-application discussion stage
