Spent most of his career working in Marketing and has developed BPC’s portfolio to date. He has other property interests and is acknowledged as the driving force behind the site assembly strategy for a £20M refurbishment scheme of the Egyptian Halls in Union Street, Glasgow; the Grade A Greek Thomson architectural masterpiece. Once funding issues, which are being reconciled then this project will be green lighted.
Development Director
Kelvin has worked within the family run dairy business John Kerr & Son Ltd from an early age - he became MD in 1997. He was responsible for the relocation of the company after its original site was sold for development. This transaction provided the impetus to diversify into other areas of business, including Union Street Properties/Union Street Investments £20M "Egyptian Halls" Project and The Westlands Home for Vulnerable Adults in Broughty Ferry Dundee.
